What is the point in kneeling for the National Anthem in the NFL?

Basically nfl player kneel because they want to show that they are aware whats going on off the field. Up till now the United states is not the same from 100 years ago. Its corrupt no one know what the want.

Some players believe, and do it out of respect for America. While for others it has become a tradition.
