How to lose belly fat in a day?
Losing all the fat in one day is not possible. But i have lost my belly and face fat at a considerably fast rate.
drink a lot of water and do any one exrecise that makes you sweat. I like playing basket ball so that helped me. And also reduce your junk food consumption to 1 time a week,
#1 Exercise periodically throughout the day, swimming is a really good one
#2 Watch what you eat. Keep track of calories, and stay away from wheat/gluten and noodles/carbs. Stick to salads, rice, and red meats instead.
#3 When eating, use smaller plates. This tricks your mind into thinking it’s full when you eat everything on your plate.
#4 Don’t eat at night. Food eaten past a certain time will stick like glue, making it sleep to work off since you sleep.
#5 Eats/chew your food slowly, and try to eat less than a whole portion
